this is literally called Dandiya lmao why are americans always trying to take other ideas and “re-invent” like this already exists and has existed in indian culture for hundreds of years like you literally took the very idea of Dandiya and are marketing it as “a new fitness trend” like seriously yeah Dandiya’s main purpose/intent is not to provide a cardio workout (which it does anyway) but the idea is the same (two sticks, dancing with other people to music)This is a workout for every body type and every fitness level.
