My training currently involves sitting on the couch, not leaving the house, drinking bear, picking belly button fluff and wallowing in self pitty.As long as you’re good & healthy. Beautiful bodies are a gift even thou you need to work on it, but, too much sometimes can destroy. Just ask your kids@@?Im doing body building myself too, and i know how important food and nutritions (i use whey proteins for that), can be to have a good recovery for all your muscles and body. Aswell rest from time to time is needed too. Kinda love it when u push your body to the limit and with a good after care take how u see it grow in such a beautiful shape! Love the squats ? keep up the good work! You’re a real beast! ???
