Thank you for mentioning the R word! Too many people (especially trainers unfortunately) seem to think that it’s all about some constant crazy training. I encourage people to follow three pillars as a baseline… sleep, hydration, and protein must all be excellent in order to fully recover. Must have the raw materials in your body necessary for repair, must get quality sleep. Thanks for emphasizing that!I am 62 and decided during lockdown to start a new healthy eating regime. I have always been mad on excercise, but ate lots of rubbish!! I changed my eating habbits back in March and what a difference!! I feel energised and so much better, I’ve lost 3 kgs and my waist is now 24″ which it hasn’t been since i was in my 20’s. Its never too late to start eating healthy!!

If I had this location to workout in then I’d be up for it providing i had money for a personal trainer to keep me motivated and someone to help with my kids and my job available to me when I’ve finished my goal but as for Chris just a perfect human being his friends and family are so lucky x
