Larry this is in my town not far from my home. It’s so disheartening that there are people who have no thought or appreciation of others. The next day it was cleaned and covered with flowers and signs of love. ? The bullies and radicals feel emboldened by our current president. Hope we can hang on till he’s gone!! Time to put cameras on the memorial. I have visited it many times. How anyone could stand there and deface it, is beyond sad.I knew from “day one” that this would happen on election day 2016, but I never thought so many people would willingly drink the kool-aid. Good God this is madness!

Any dedication in our country that invites the idealism of freedom and non racism should be free of destruction. It’s sad that in our country citizens cannot share in the idea that all citizens are free to experience a decent life without judgement of skin color, religious choice, the choice of whom one can love and human respect.
